Meet Megan

I'm Megan Sullivan, a real estate broker and REALTOR® with Compass in Roscoe Village and a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®). Most of my work is helping divorcing homeowners decide what to do with the house, and I also help buyers and sellers on Chicago's North Side.

Either way, you get the same thing from me: real numbers, straight answers and someone who enjoys negotiating on your behalf. I've lived on the North Side for more than 25 years, I have a finance degree, and I won't talk you into anything.

When a divorce is involved and both spouses hire me, I take a neutral approach, so you both get the same information. Through The Divorce Collab, which I founded, I coordinate with your attorneys, lender and financial professionals so the real estate decision fits the rest of your plan.
