Bridgeport

Bridgeport is old Chicago that keeps reinventing itself. Five mayors came from these blocks. Today a former quarry is a park with a fishing pond and skyline views, a 1929 movie house is a concert hall and brewery, and an art center anchors 35th Street. The side streets are cottages, two-flats and corner taverns.

Thinking about buying or selling in Bridgeport?

I'm Megan Sullivan with Compass. Housing here runs from 19th-century cottages to brand-new builds on the same block, which makes pricing tricky. I'll pull the sales that really compare so you're not guessing.
