I’m Megan Sullivan, a Chicago-based REALTOR® with Compass Real Estate and the founder of The Divorce Collab, a supportive network that helps individuals and families navigate one of life’s biggest transitions: divorce and what to do with the house.

Based in Roscoe Village, I serve clients across Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods including Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, North Center, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park. My focus is on guiding clients through real estate decisions that carry both financial and emotional weight, from buying your first home to deciding whether to keep or sell the marital home during divorce.

After a decade as a stay-at-home mom and six years as a full-time REALTOR®, I’ve learned that real estate is about far more than numbers  it’s about people, timing, and trust. I’m known for being approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, with a knack for negotiation and a calm, no-pressure approach.
